I’m Miss Jamie, a passionate advocate for Early Childhood Educators, with a special focus on before and after school programs. As a consultant, speaker, and practitioner, I bring years of experience helping educators navigate the challenges of working with school-age children, fostering professional growth, and creating meaningful, impactful programs.

Through my talks and workshops, I aim to spark inspiration, provide actionable tools, and empower ECEs to build stronger foundations—for themselves, their programs, and the children in their care. Whether I’m discussing early childhood development, professional learning strategies, or innovative ideas for out-of-school programs, my goal is simple: to help educators feel seen, supported, and ready to thrive.
