Community

At the heart of the Stratford & Area Summer Camp Info Fair is Community. I believe in creating spaces where families, programs, and local businesses come together to celebrate all the opportunities our region has to offer. When we gather, we grow - and every conversation strengthens the network of care surrounding our children.

Connection

Connection is the foundation of everything we do. Whether it's a camp meeting a new family, a parent/guardian discovering the perfect fit for their child, or local businesses supporting one another, the fair is built on genuine relationships. These moments of connection spark trust, joy, and belonging that ripple far beyond the event day.

Collaboration

Collaboration transforms good ideas into lasting impact. The info fair thrives because of the partnerships between camps, sponsors, educators, and community members who share a common goal: helping children grow, learn, and thrive. Together, we create something greater than anyone program could achieve alone.

Teen Job Fair

In addition to the Info Fair, one hour is dedicated to a Teen & Young Adult Job Fair — a welcoming space for youth to explore summer opportunities, practice networking, and step into new experiences with confidence.

All vendors are asked to take part, offering students a chance to engage, ask questions, and learn about the amazing work that happens in your programs. Whether you’re hiring this season or simply sharing insight, your participation helps nurture the next generation of leaders.

Each option includes access to both the Teen Job Fair (9–10 AM)

and the Summer Camp Info Fair (10–2 PM),

plus marketing and promotion leading up to the event.
