About the event
Camp North of Ordinary is a 3-day immersive leadership retreat created specifically for school-age and summer camp leaders.
Designed as the Founding Cohort experience, this retreat brings together educators, supervisors, and emerging leaders who are ready to move beyond survival mode and build intentional, confident, and compliant programs.
Over two nights at Hidden Acres Camp & Conference Centre, participants will engage in practical leadership training, meaningful peer connection, and focused reflection — all grounded in the unique realities of school-age care.
You will leave with clear strategies, strengthened systems, renewed energy, and a network of leaders committed to raising the standard for school-age programming.
This is more than professional development.
